It seems we have two people here with staff cards but no WW logo.

Hi to link your staff card with everyday rewards you just need to register it on the everyday rewards website. You use the same process as do customers. The site will detect it as a staff card towards the end of the process. For any further help registering check out the FAQ.Hope this helps

But if you already have an everyday rewards card you can’t link the staff one to it, it doesn’t let you as the EDR is the primary card, and you can’t attach the staff one to it. Is there another process to go through?

I guess this staff member had an EDR account before becoming a staff member. I have seen it reported that WW staff use their staff number as their EDR number. If this is the case, is it possible to use the “Replace Card” facility on the existing EDR account. Use the staff number as the replacement card number and follow the other steps as directed by the web site. I am hoping the EDR system will recognise the replacement number as a staff card and not issue a new card and key tags. It is my understanding that the barcode on the staff card acts as an EDR barcode as well. I can’t test any of this as I’m not a staff member so I can’t guarantee that my theory is correct.

You are correct majelnsw the barcode is used is the same barcode used for both the staff side and everyday rewards card. The system simply detects this when scanned and does both. I believe that staff can use the replacement card facility remembering to use the barcode number on the back and not the Staff Card number on the front. The system will automatically see this as a staff card and not issue another card. Replacement cards will not be sent if ordered through everyday rewards.

I think your best plan would be to phone the customer service team on 1300 10 1234. The team is available 8am to 10pm weekdays and 9am to 5pm on weekends.
